Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you full command over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the email box account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
